Meet your surgeon, Doctor Stephen Gauthier.

Raised in Ardmore, Oklahoma Dr. Stephen Gauthier received his bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University in Forth Worth, Texas where he graduated cum laude. Dr. Gauthier then attended the University of Oklahoma Medical School and following graduation completed his general surgery training at OU. After a five year general surgery residency, and a year of research and training under the watchful eye of Dr. Ronald Elkins, he attended the Medical University of South Carolina for his fellowship in plastic surgery. It was in South Carolina that Dr. Gauthier received extensive training in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.

After being away from home for so long Dr. Gauthier returned to Oklahoma. In 2006 he became the first physician to be hired by the prestigious practice of Drs. Dalton, Silverstein and Kelly since they started their own practice more than 30 years ago. These doctors chose Dr. Gauthier because of his level of expertise, extensive training, professional background and high standards, today he continues their quality tradition of Oklahoma City’s top practice.

When Dr. Gauthier is not hard at work he enjoys quality time with his wife Christine and sons Henry and William. He is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys quail hunting when in season.

Abi:My name is Abi. I am Dr. Gauthier’s surgical technician. I will be assisting with all phases of your surgery- beginning with your consultation through your post-operative care. I will work closely with Dr. Gauthier to make sure you are comfortable and well informed regarding your decision to have surgery. I am excited to be part of Dr. Gauthier’s team and look forward to a successful professional relationship with you.
